SKILL MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
A technically sound tape job requires preparation, anatomical knowledge and checks during and after application. This is general product information, not a substitute for professional assessment.

Use only on clean, dry and intact skin. Check for wounds, irritation, hair and known sensitivities.
Choose width and technique based on anatomy and intended function. More tape does not improve a tape job without a clear goal.
Avoid folds and unnecessary tension. Rub the tape down to establish adhesive contact.
Ask about comfort and check circulation, colour, temperature, sensation and movement beyond the tape.
Loading can change how the tape feels. Reassess during movement and remove immediately if warning signs occur.
Support the skin and roll the tape back low and slowly. Use a suitable tape remover when needed.
WHEN TO STOP
Remove the tape for tingling, numbness, pale or blue discolouration, marked swelling, coldness, breathing difficulty, skin reaction or increasing pain. Seek professional help if symptoms persist or are severe.
Exposed adhesive edges can stick to socks. A small amount of talc applied only to visible adhesive edges may reduce sticking and rolling. Avoid wounds and do not inhale the powder.
